Jaeger
I should have posted this on Monday.
This is Jaeger. We adopted him ... Saturday (it's been a long weekend). He's managed to exhaust Josh two days in a row. The first night it was because the dog wanted to be near people and wouldn't go to sleep. Yesterday, Josh played and took Jaeger for about a million walks (ok, only about 4). He's an 8-month-old cocker spaniel mix. Today we go to the vet to get him checked out and make the snipping appointment :)
Despite the sleepless nights and constant need to walk the dog, Josh continually says, "He's a good dog." He's wanted one for quite a while and recently became very persistent on the subject. Tim and I are impressed so far with the level of maturity and responsibility he's shown. Let's hope it keeps up.
Picture descriptions: Josh was kept up until 6 AM the first night. I took over and told him to get some sleep. He passed out in the living room where Jaeger finally settled down too.
